Deposit and reservation
The reservation becomes firm after the payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay.
This deposit is a contractual commitment and permanently blocks the reserved dates.
Prepayment - Balance
The balance of the stay (75%) is to be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date, the date from which the stay becomes non-cancellable free of charge.
For any reservation made less than 30 days before arrival, the entire stay is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date:
-The deposit of 25% remains acquired as compensation.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show:
100% of the amount of the stay is due, unless the property is actually relocated.
Cleaning fees are not due in case of cancellation.
The security deposit is neither requested nor collected in the event of cancellation.

It can be constituted:
- either via the Swikly secure platform, without flow (except in the event of degradation or failure),
- or by bank transfer, to be made no later than 14 days before arrival.
The security deposit is intended to cover any damage, breaches of rental conditions or unpaid additional fees.
It is returned within a maximum of 10 days after departure, provided that no anomaly is found during the inventory.
